      Prepare list of qualified welders & WPS matrix for project. •Demolish & Install new equipments & all its related piping & instruments as per scope of work & approved to destruct & construct P & ID’s, approved GA & Layout drawings & maintain proper inspection reports & completion certificates. •Carry-out stage wise inspection such as Fit-up, Weld visual & NDE as per approved ITP. •Witness NDE (DPT, MPT, UT) as per approved NDT Plan along with Project TPIA/CA & interpret radiographs as per applicable codes & standards. •Prepare As-Built drawings using drafting software Auto-CAD for modifications done at site. Review calibration certificates for gauges & all the instruments used on-board. •Conduct Line-Check as per approved drawings & issue Mechanical Clearance Certificate with punch points if any & then proceed with Hydro/Pneumatic/Leak testing. •Witness Pressure Testing with post cleaning, drying & re-instatement as per Isometrics.
