Served as a Naval Recruiter and was responsible for a total of 56 new accessions into the United States Navy. Attended Navy Orientation Recruiting Unit and Sales Certification program to certifiy as a Naval Recruiter.

  Was responsible for establishing Pre-planned Responses in accordance to the Anti-terrorism Force Protection (ATFP) Binder for 42 recruiting stations from New York Metro area, Long Island and New Jersey. Coordinated Active shooter drills with local law enforcement for quarterly training requirements. Managed the Safe App for NRD New York and the safety of over 300 military and Civilian Personnel. Served as the Bravo Company Operations Chief/ Craftmaster. Responsible for the oversight and material condition readiness of 14 pieces of Improved Navy Lighterage System (INLS) equipment. Directly led and supervised 4 platoons and over 156 personnel. Deployed to 5 NATO operations worldwide and moved 135 personnel safely to and from. As a Recruit Division Commander I was responsible for the sailorization and transition of 1,080 civilians into sailors. Certified as a Naval Instructor and received my Master Training Specialist Certification.
