All this with the objective to maximize the reach of ISC's clients and at the same time develop better connections between them and their clients. Among my duties were:• Give Follow up to the 63 Key Performance Indicators or daily operation indicators, covering all operating indicators as inventories, productivity, savings, and some critics such as finance.• Follow up on shipments complaints from each lane, studying the event, propose corrective, preventive action plans, and controls it with statistically analysis .• Along with regional quality of P&G, devise action plans to failures that could compromise the operation.• Create new process optimizations and savings plans of time or productivity improvements, reduce process and make them more efficient and singles at the same time.• Internal audits from P&G following using key elements of the customer and also ISO 9000• Macros developing that applies lean and six sigma methodologies.• Creation of a tracking tool that gives visibility of finance performance to all DHL latam region.
