  I work closely with vendors and internal teams to ensure that any IT solutions developed, operated or acquired meets our security standards.My team provides assurance that security is integrated into the application life cycle. The focus of my work is on application onboarding, governance of new technologies and security design requirements as our insurance business separates from the BNP Paribas group and implements a cloud first strategy.Our company was acquired by private equity firm, JAB Holdings, which is building a group of global pet insurance businesses and driving our transformation and transition into the cloud. We now second largest in the market and looking to expand further in 2024 through new partnerships.Key responsibilities:- SME input for security design, requirements & IT governance- IT security assessments of new applications & vendor engagements- Ensuring adequate security controls are implemented during the application lifecycle- Review & approval of BAU changes- Organising and managing pen testing services and driving remediation with local teams- Development and improvement of existing process and controls for application security Show less
