  • Coordinated with Airbus and various internal stakeholders for the A350 Ultra Long Range aircraft static display and product showcase during the Singapore Airshow from 15 to 18 February 2022. • Supported the SIA-NUS Digital Aviation Corporate Lab, which officially launched in 10 January 2022, through collaboration between SIA and NUS to ideate innovative technologies that would accelerate the digital transformation in the aviation industry and enhance the air travel experience.• Conducted market research on new and innovative cabin products, as well as identify key competitors for product benchmarking. Show less • Successfully cutover the in-house developed SIA kiosk application, in a span of 10 months, which promotes flexibility for user interface and flow customisation to meet operational requirements, as well as reduce turnaround time to deliver enhancements and changes.• Enabled contactless bag tag printing from the SIA kiosk application to promote a contactless journey for passengers amidst the Covid-19 pandemic.• Delivered multiple enhancements to the kiosk application which saw a growth in take-up rate by 9%.• Oversaw the implementation of self-service check-in kiosks in FRA, MEL, AKL, HKG, PER, WLG, KIX, ARN, CGK, BOM and ADL.• Led the implementation of automated bag drop in Changi Airport Terminal 2 and 3, Jewel Early Check-in Lounge, CDG, WLG and MEL.• Coordinated the setup and testing for the 1-step biometric boarding trials at HKG, LAX and SFO.• Oversaw the implementation of other FAST initiatives in Singapore Changi Airport such as Auto Immigration Gates, Self-boarding Gates and biometrics at the bag drop to facilitate identity verification.• Assisted passengers affected by the flight disruptions due to the eruption of Mount Agung in 2017.
