  I have 20 years of professional business experience within the Health and Fitness industries, along with over 30 years of dedicated and immersive expertise. I've been blessed and fortunate to build multiple, profitable businesses within these industries; as well as consulting with large institutions and companies that are actively engaged in or testing expansion into the fields of health and fitness. I've been able to work with thousands of individuals ranging from one on one work, to large groups over 2,000 within a fitness setting. I have been lucky to be able to help those ranging from the newest beginner to Olympic and World Champion athletes, from designing and facilitating top of the line facilities to university and clinical studies, from gym ownership to business consulting, and just about everything in between. I'm very grateful for all of the amazing opportunities that I've had thus far, and even more so for all of the incredible people with whom I've developed relationships.Most recently I have had a deep dive into the web3, metaverse, crypto, NFT, blockchain, DAO, and emerging tech world. It has been wonderfully illuminating and I am thrilled to be able to help merge that bleeding edge space with that of health and fitness. I am currently working on projects ranging from the creation of new marketplaces within a "burn to earn" model, professional gaming teams, crypto investments and strategies, DAO creation and governance, and even as far afield as camel breeding. I want to help create positive and lasting changes within this emerging space, and help to create a better world for my children to grow up and inherit. Show less

  Owned and operated this F45 franchise gym in West Hollywood, California. Helped to build it from absolute scratch to a successful and profitable business. I oversaw all construction, build out, marketing, membership sales, employee hiring/training/development, and all other aspects of business and daily operation. We were able to successfully navigate the covid pandemic and shutdowns by instantly shifting to an online business model during the first shutdown, and then transitioning back to an in person business as the city/state mandates allowed. As other opportunities came along, my business partner and I were able to negotiate the effect sale of the business as a whole in 2021 as we both moved on to new projects.The gym continues to be profitable and all of the staff that I had previously hired continues to work there and operate at the highest level.
