As part of my role, I was assigned several tasks, including being the primary point of contact for clients to address any queries. Additionally, I suggested customizations to the technical team based on the specific requirements of clients and provided post-installation support to ensure client satisfaction. Moreover, I worked alongside senior team members to install the system on-site, gaining valuable hands-on experience in the process.
