  I am involved in a large-scale, high-impact project at both national and global levels. This project encompasses the design and construction of a new back-end production facility.My primary responsibilities include the financial management of the project, as well as other complementary projects. This involves overseeing purchase orders, monitoring and controlling the budget, preparing financial forecasts such as EAC and ETC, and calculating key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate project progress. I also prepare financial reports for senior management.I conducted on-site data collection of technical service systems in the existing factory, such as HVAC, water, compressed air, and industrial gases (including nitrogen and hydrogen), among others, for the development of a Basis of Design (BOD) document, which will serve as a reference for the new factory's design.Additionally, I participated in the development of the project's basic engineering, contributing to the sizing of key equipment for the new factory’s HVAC and compressed air systems.In parallel, I am involved in another smaller-scale project focused on the refurbishment of an old building, which will be converted into administrative offices.
