  • Due Diligence of three grocery store chains for a Private Equity firm. Major responsibilities included: coordination and execution of a quantitive research on consumer preferences with a large research institute; design of value proposition (channels, portfolio, commercial conditions, etc); comparative analysis of strategic moves for market entry; analytical models of bottom-up demand; market share ramp-up and pricing; among others.• Led 3-member team on assessment of cost-efficiency opportunites for a major education Brazilian company, being responsible for mapping, validation and measuring of several opportunities (more than 70 levers identified), summing total adressable savings around 16% over an annualized baseline of R$ 200 MM.• Market due diligence of the Brazilian interstate bus market for a global VC firm willing to invest in a local player, being responsible for the analysis of the competitive landscape (key players/strategic positioning/offerings/market dynamics/infrastructure); sizing of the bus charter market and analysis of a quantitative online research conducted with customers.• Led 5-member team on two Strategic Sourcing programs for large companies from retail and telecommunications sectors, being responsible for several categories of both Capex and Opex, including negotiations with vendors and implementation’s follow up, having also led the strategy design and execution of several reverse auctions, with savings captured around 21% over an annualized baseline of R$ 100 MM.
