With the arrival of a new vessel, my loan to Ciudad del Carmen became a transfer and I started being part of a dedicated and strong technical sales team. My daily activities comprise intervention design, vessels logistics and real time monitoring of the operations. My biggest takeaway from this assignment was the importance of having a deep understanding of the market to capture the best opportunities and position our services as the solution to the client needs, in this case it was key to achieve biggest market share than the competition with 2 vessels against 3. Show less From trainee to standalone engineer in charge of crews of +10 people, accountable for technical, operational and QHSE on site for different type of operations: acidizing, fracturing and sand control. I started my career within Schlumberger in Las Morochas, Venezuela, where I spent 2 years in charge of operations in the barges, until the shrinkage of the market brought me the opportunity of being transferred to Mexico. In my first year in Mexico, I had the chance of working in Poza Rica, Ciudad del Carmen and finally establish myself in Villahermosa for the beginning of the biggest propped fracturing campaign in Mexico South in the last years. This assignment made me manage different areas related to the operation (personnel, logistics, planning and warehouse inventory) and technical sales. At the end of 2014 I was loaned to Ciudad del Carmen to replace the cell leader for a couple of months and oversee the logistics and personnel of two stimulation vessels (+50 people). Show less
