  Managed and coordinated the development of 25 small residential properties (New Horizon Villages, Pasonsvlei) by implementing the system described above to provide an efficient progression of the project. Negotiated prices of inventory to maximize profit. Designed and developed a water loss management program using Visual Basic by obtaining data from various Flotron Q-loggers, resulting in a 20% decrease with respect to the rate of consumption. Further achieving a 70% more efficient leak detection system. Designed and created PRV water loss chambers by performing pressure calculations in relation to available water per area per time duration. Civil Designer and Auto CAD were used as a means to provide the Kouga municipality with a 20% more efficient water usage curve.
