  •Inspection of Various Boiler Components like Boiler Panels, Coils, External Piping, other Pressure and Non Pressure Parts.•Study and Interpretation of various Boiler components Drawings, Piping Isometric Drawings and P&ID.•Identification and Traceability of Piping and Boiler Components Raw Materials & verification of TCs with Relevant Codes & Standards.•Carrying out Positive Material Identification (PMI) test on materials.•Reviewing of WPS, PQR, and WPQ with reference to codes and standards requirements.•Familiarized in various welding process like SMAW, GTAW, GMAW, FCAW, SAW & STUD welding.•Through knowledge of welding metallurgy, Weld Symbol, buttering technique, stress relieving, post weld heat treatment, preheating technique.•Inspection & controlling welding quality including assignment of welding procedures & monitoring fabrication quality. •Coordinate with other departments in all interface activities related to inspection of fabricated items.•Facing problems during welding & know how to overcome the welding imperfection.•Investigating & analyzing customer complaints to determine the correction, corrective action & preventive action.•Inspection of fittup, inprocess and post welding process of pipe joints.•Visual Inspection of finished welds and size of weldment after welding & Interpretation of inspection results with product codes & standards.•Responsible for arrangement and getting NDT clearance of weld joints•Review of Heat treatment chart. •Controlling the quality of products and maintaining records as per Quality Control Plan (QP) / Inspection Test Plan (ITP). •Conducting & witnessing of Hydrostatic and Pneumatic testing.•Liaising with Authorized Inspector from various inspection agencies and various customers / clients for clearance.
