  Title: American General Life QA ExecutionClient: American Insurance Group(AIG),USDuration: 3 months(Aug’13-Present) Team Size: 9Description: AIG Classified their insurance business into several ways.One of them is ‘Structured Settlement’ business.Previously It was developed in Mainframe,now its being migrated into dot net alongwith some additional features.QA team execute new features alongwith existing features and database testing as well.For DB testing we prepared Test Script using VB to automate data validation.This is a team of 9 members where I am working as a lead and the only SPOC from my team to communicate with client and in terms of visibility.Wearetesting several modules of insurance businessDomain:Insurance.Platform: Dot Net Application.Database used is ORACLE.QC 11 used for test execution and test management.Roles & Responsibilities: •Creation of Test plan •Test case preparation, test execution and test management in QC •Preparation and Maintenance of Requirement Traceability Matrix, Software Project Plan, Metrics Collection and SLA Management •Change Control Process Management •Coordinating with Dev Team,Designer about test case preparation,releases and performing Regression testing and Defect Life Cycle Management • Work as a SPOC from QA team in client interface • Manages the delivery of whole testing project • Take proactive part in work distribution and management Show less Title: Comcast EDW Phase1 to Phase2 Migration,CSG LITE QA Execution(ETL Testing) Client: Comcast Cable and Broadband Communication,USDuration: 8 months(Dec’12-Jul’13) Team Size: 3Description: “Phase 1 to Phase 2” aimed at migrating all the components and functionalities of phase1 which are developed in Datastage to phase2 using Informatica mapping.Comcast QA testing team works with all other teams within Comcast in order to test extraction from source table,informatica sessions,mappings,transformation logic,loading into target table of various modules that enable Comcast to conduct business.Testing done in three phases,(i)Source to Stage migration,(ii)Stage to Journal migration,(iii)Journal to Base(final layer)layer migration.Different schemas,transformation logic applies to various phases of migration.Informatica validations also being tested.”CSG_LITE” aimed at developing total 114 tables at different layers containing business data regarding Comcast including their linux scripts,informatica mapping.QA team works to test extraction logic,data movement logic at different layers of DW and archieving logicComcast QA is a centralized team in Comcast that lends testing related services to other teams within Comcast. It comprises of business modules like policy admin, party, claim , agency - commission etc. as well as utility modules like correspondence, workflow etc. The logical tier of the application consists of 3 main types of service categories namely Component service, Application service and Process service. The system is designed to provide all the features where a policy can be managed with various products comprising of different benefits.From Mar 2010 till date I was involved in the section dealing with Functional Testing of Policy Admin .This part consists of Relationship Alteration,Assignment Alteration,Fund switch,Fund Redirection,Statement and Projection,Lifestyle switch,Divident Distribution,Scheme Enquiry,Maintainenceand Alteration,Annuity maintainence and New Business.Domain:Insurance.Platform: Application is TCS Bancs.The application is developed in Spring framework using Java , JSP , JSF , XML , JavaScript.
