  I'm a South Florida Landscape Artist (Owner/Operator of Brushworks by Monte Studios). I am also the CEO of Monte’s Art & Fashion, a Retail arbitrage business focusing on selling and promoting Fine Art. In Addition to Men & Women’s Clothing - New & Preowned High end garments & Shoes. I'm am a published author. My first Novel titled "The Sparrows Song" & also a Collection of Short Stories, titled "Asylum Tales"- Seven Short Stories," are both currently available through Amazon, in digital format and in Print. I was the CEO & managing Editor of the "Speculative Fiction Centre" an award winning Online Fiction Magazine (3 years). Associate Editor Lee Garrett (fellow writer, author, friend and co-owner of Vesper Press) worked together publishing an Anthology titled "Horizons" in 2005. This 365 page Anthology showcased the best stories published online during the calendar year. My Poetry and many of my Short stories have been published in several Online Fiction Magazines & Internet writing sites such as Writer's Cramp Magazine (Canada) & ABC Tales (England) and additionally in several publications in the United States. I have served on the Board of Directors of the South Florida Wellness Network and I am active in supporting Mental Health Advocacy in my community. I aware of the stigma associated with a Mental Health Diagnosis. It is my hope to educate and promote recovery through the Arts, (Writing, Painting, Music & Spiritually centered living).
