    A Practicing Indian Chartered Accountant with 15+ years experience in public accounting and taxation. Currently a partner at JAKS & Associates, a firm of Chartered Accountants in Kerala, India with 14 partners and 7 office locations. Based out of the Kochi office of the firm and heads the Offshore/ Outsourcing Team. Also an expert in Capital Gains Tax Planning Areas of specialization include 1. Offshore/back office set up services 2. Outsourcing and offshoring 3. Finance & Accounting 3. Capital Gains Tax planning Prior to joining JAKS, I was with Ernst & Young and has worked with EY in India, The Netherlands and Hong Kong. One of my main functions in EY was with setting up back office team for the Finance & Accounting function of the firm.
