I was assigned to do extensive research on precedents related to the grounds for the rejection of membership of a member of a Cooperative Bank and I assisted my seniors in drafting applications under section 17 of the SARFAESI act, 2002 for setting aside/Quashing the impugned action taken by Banks.   During my internship tenure, I worked with the litigation team of the firm wherein I was assigned to draft 156(3) C.R.PC. application, 200 C.R.PC. complaint case and 138 NI Act cheque bounce complaint case etc. I was assigned to carry out research on precedents related to regular bail in rape cases and double F.I.R. I also researched on mandatory registration of F.I.R. in the cognizable case held in Lalita Kumari v. Govt. of U.P. and Ors. Further, I was instructed to attend Mediation proceedings in a family dispute case. I was assigned to draft a Legal Notice on – Recovery of money and cheque bounce matter, etc. I was instructed to attend criminal case proceedings in rape and extortion cases etc. Further, I was assigned to draft a police Complaint (Information to register an F.I.R.) and assisted the client in the police station. I was assigned to Draft Revision petition under 397 C.R.PC. to challenge the order passed by Ld. MM. During my tenure, I was assigned to draft a D.V. complaint under section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 for the relief given under sections 18, 19, 20,22 of the above-said act.
