      Current DEU Certification• Provide hands-on leadership and guidance to Project Supervisors for a HR Operational team. Works closely with Project Supervisors ensuring they have the resources necessary to perform and monitor the completeness of work and ensure key performance indicators are met through tracking systems (including Weblogs and other unique systems)• Provides Just-In-Time training to the entire team as needed for any technical areas needing improvement.• Works closely with YRCI-U Training Specialists to ensure the teams are Delegated Examining (DE) Certified and receives appropriate training planned in advance.• Ensures performance management functions are completed timely and accurately for all teams.• Works with Project Supervisors to monitor workload reports and resource allocation/utilization to ensure that work is moving forward according to SLAs; Identify staff realignments as needed based on volume of work, contract profitability, and/or resource availability.• Responsible for the team’s performance meeting SLAs for all contracts supported by the teams.• Reviews weekly/monthly customer reports to ensure quality, identify gaps in data, and seek opportunities to strengthen/improve.• Participates in contract kick-off meetings to review process maps/instructions and ensure complete and accurate understanding of client expectations.• Responds to Business Developers’ requests for assistance on creating staffing plans for contract proposals, submitting HRROC resumes, canvassing HRROC staff for interest and availability for new assignments.• Attends client meetings as an HRROC representative to build and maintain positive business relationships; directly engaged in problem resolution or process improvements as needed.
