   Team Lead of cell House for DSC Zn smelter, leading highly motivated team of 9 Members and conducting various event in DSC Zinc. Woking on debottlenecking of Cell house by analysis on equipment/process performance, cycle time and ensure actions are in place to bridge the same in coordination with Sr. Mgmt. Tracking MTBF/MTTR/OEE. Ensures analysis of all major deviations/breakdowns and Root cause analysis (RCAs) to eliminate the cause, with 100 % Availability of R&M Spares / instruments by proactive planning, raising purchase request, Technical Reviews and follow-ups. Conduct daily cross-functional war room meetings to review daily performance of critical KPIs, update and tracking of actionable. Also, working as Safety Apex Convenor for Zn, Lead, and CPP, RD, SK mines and common area and Managing / Organising Safety Council Meetings and Safety Statistics across zone. Responsible for the Radiation Safety Management across Dariba Smelter and worked for the registration of the institute as well as Radiation sources by AERB Mumbai. Responsible for Energy Management of the Unit and driving the energy saving initiatives to reduce the carbon foot prints. Responsible to Train the Employees in Instrumentation and automation, being Subject matter Expert from Regional Training center (JK Cement – Nimbahera) and organising various Training for the same. Identify opportunities/improvements that would create value to the organization in terms of process improvement, cost reduction, productivity enhancement, etc. and drive these in a project mode.  Drive initiatives from site, coordinating with site commercial/Finance/HR team and suppliers for timely delivery & update Sr. Mgmt. on a regular interval on the progress of all the initiatives/projects. Focus on current operations and troubleshooting in case of operational issues, discuss and implement solutions in coordination with Unit Head. Managed documentation in SAP EDMS system. Attended 3 days PSM and 3 days SMF training program by DuPont and completed various Safety interaction and Incident Management Trainings across smelting complex. Conduct regular process/maint./safety/infra audits to identify areas of improvement by capturing process, procedure level deviations, identify automation opportunities, thereby reducing variation leading to improvement in process performance. To participate in Root cause analysis/FMEA to identify the causes for equipment failure & process deviation and explore technical solutions to address the cause.
