Servers are mainly running on RedHat Linux, Windows server 2008, 2012 deployed on VMWare or Amazon Web Services.- Installation of third party applications that are required by different Infor products.- Installation and configuration of different Infor products.- Provisioning of virtual machines to be used to System test and System Solution Test environments.- Provide environment support to internal groups such as: development, maintenance, services, QAs and BAs.- Support issues include troubleshooting and investigation of different development and testing errors that are related to the environment.- Maintain constant communication between the Manila and Sweden environment teams.- Maintenance and monitoring of different maintenance, test and development environments that includes: Making sure that all servers have uptime alerts installed and configured; application of third party applications’ fixes; application of Infor products’ fixes and new releases; installation of system monitoring scripts on Unix/Linux servers.- Participate in System Testing and System Solution Testing. This includes preparation of ST and SST environments; installation and configuration of different Infor products’ builds, fixes, release candidates, and Generally available releases; provide review of different Installation and Administration Guides; report installation and configuration problems to the development teams; report installation and administration guides problems to Information development teams; maintain coordination with the Release management team for updates with different Infor products’ releases.
