  On top of my role as automation and QA lead in the mobile programI am also the SM for the web App that enables users enjoy a full TV experience in the cloud.I lead this small (2 developpers) team to deploy a our we app on the clous soultion, while interacting with Product management and customer requirements.Established agile working process and close coordination with all stakeholders.I have lead 4 main success stories:1. Created a work process I call "Feature De-Composition" that basically gets all stakeholders, across all platforms, to understand the feature exactly the same, refine the equirements,identify risks and dependencies and even come up with a test plan. All that in a simple and well documented way. This process has proven up to 60% reduction in development time and increased quality. it is now used globaly in our program.2. Initiated and lead the development of automated testing framework, that runs the same test on now - 4(!) different platforms:iOS, Android, Android STB and now PC/Mac. This way, when developing a cross-platform feature, all teams have the same understanding of the feature, same test plan and now same tests, thus sharing the load of test development as well.3.Cross team and program Exploratory testing sessions: I have been leading these sessions where i have teams from Product engineering, Delivery, Product management and architects, all sit together and conduct exploartory testing against customer and internal sites. This way we identify issues in a wide range of areas, server and client sides, discuss and solve them in real time.4. Leading the PC/Mac web app to take the path of close collaboration, good agile practices, and deliver on time and quality. Show less I was the first in the company to move from the Operations side to the delivery side.I managed the labs for the DirecTV project, which included the following:1. Maintaining and upgrading PCs, servers, and automation equipment.2. Run automated tests using the In-House developed tool (IEX) and analyze the results of the E2E tests.3. Report finding and bugs I found on each component to each of the 9 Engineers I worked with.4. Plan the system requirements and work procedures.During this time, the automated testing has increased fivefold. Show less
