  Complete Installation, Commissioning and operation of TErrestrial Trunked RAdio(TETRA) project by MOTOROLA, including I & C of one Main Switching Office(MSO) and eight MTS-4 sites in Karachi.Monitoring the core switch and troubleshooting its problems if the case can be handled without support form the vendor, and if the problem will be too big or in any critical part opening case with the vendor to overcome it by upgrading the core switch with the latest version of software and hardware.Sharing in Installation and commissioning of the main Terrestrial Trunked Radio (Tetra) site of the Ministry of Interior (MOI) Pakistan 2008 release 6.1 which was prepared initially and now to be upgraded to release 6.2.Doing sites survey to monitor the coverage and determine the weak points in coverage areas and monitoring the traffic from the core switch to install new sites in the overloaded area.Configuration and programming of console either collocated with the core switch or remote located.Installation & commissioning of Motorola Tetra System (MTS-2 & MTS-4).Installation and commissioning of micro wave (SM) links connecting Tetra sites to the main site. To oversee all network, BTS, and power issues (Genset+UPS+AVR+ISOLATION TRANSFORMER). Programming of more than 6000 SEPURA radio sets (Hand Held and Vehicular sets). User training of more than 1000 Police officials on hand held Radios. Coordination with high rank Police officers (SSP's, AIG's and DIG's).To oversee all Quality and service insurance issues.To oversee issues of NMS, Dispatch Console, Voice logger and Motolocator and to open the case with vendor in case of any Major Problem.
