  1. Upon receiving of Owner’s specification of ship’s scope of work for repair (LSE quotation) to analyze and study all the details work given and distribute each work discipline to assigned resident subcontractor.2. To analyze/check and confirm of yard’s available materials and consumables. To prepare MRV for material and consumables which are not available in the store.3. Inquire all unclear data or unclear specification to the owner by phone or by e-mail, then prepare additional work required base on client request.4. To conduct ship inspection/ship check/joint inspection with customer representative and shipyard resident subcontractor.5. To coordinate with customer representative, class surveyor on matter related to job requirement and scope of repair work and finalization of any additional work require by class surveyor.6. To coordinate and liaise with resident subcontractor day to day job which include the facilities require for shiprepair works and effectively comply to daily work progress and customer requirement.7. To ensure shiprepair works are effectively perform in accordance to QA/QC and HSE Shipyard Standard practices/requirements and preparation of classification record as require. (e.g. Annual Docking/Special Survey)8. To prepare final Work Done List which shall be reviewed by head of department to be confirmed and certified by customer representative.9. To attend on the cost query (negotiation) for verification of actual work done list of vessel cost charged.10. To verify Shipyard resident subcontractor claim on work done upon which shall be verified by head department.11. To prepare and compile repair close up report of each repair project assigned which included to access the Shipyard resident subcontractor work performance assessment. Tunjukkan kurang
