   Construct up the Bottom Hole Assembly, Make Kill Sheet and Trip sheet Etc. Maintain the records of equipments as per contracts and maintain the standard as per industry.  Conduct BOP Test, Choke and Kill Manifold Test, Cement Manifold Test as per IADC.  Preparation of equipment, Organize and supervise the drilling crew for all operations. Assist the Driller during an emergency or well control situation & Will Killing Operations. Supervise the repairs of drilling and associated equipment & Preventive Maintenance carried out on drilling equipment. Supervise the repairs of drilling and associated equipment & Preventive Maintenance carried out on drilling equipment. PMS of Top Drive System, mud pumps, BOP and Diverter controls, etc. Know the clients' rules and Company procedures for well control and blowout prevention. Preventive Maintenance of Static as well as Rotary Equipments , Drilling , Fishing Equipments, etc Setting up the charismas Tree as well as well head and testing of both. Maintain accurate records of tubular and tool dimensions (i.e. internal and external diameter, fish neck, and serial numbers) Calculate ton-miles on drilling line; maintain an accurate logbook and advise the Driller on the need to slip and cut. Know operation and maintenance of Solid Control Equipments. Read and interpret various gauges and meters relating to the drilling operations.
