      Dairy as industry is undergoing a turbulent period where consumers are reevaluating their choice of dairy products. Nutritional offering from dairy products remain the driving force of choice. But, with the availability of plethora of information online both in favor and against dairy, makes it hard for consumers to draw a conclusion. We in the group of 5 identified this managerial problem through secondary resources as well as primary research (survey questionnaire)This interdisciplinary collaborative project with Brazzale, the oldest Italian dairy company aimed to address the same and give recommendations. As the final output, we: - Prepared the solution proposal that aimed to regain consumer trust in dairy industry (drawing consumers' responses from the survey)- Pitched the idea/solution to industry stakeholders, and it was appreciated by the CEO of Brazzale S.p.A. Because, consumer trends are shifting faster than before, Agriform wanted to have a tap on consumer interest by understanding how Italian consumers' preferences for dairy and dairy products are emerging.
