  Provide administrative & clinical leadership to the Crisis Attendant Care Supervisors, Crisis Case managers, Crisis Attendant Care Providers, and Bachelor level interns who are providing Crisis Resolution and stabilization services. Manager ensures the facility meets & maintains required licensing regulations as well as to insure the safety of clients, staff & visitors. Manager is responsible for training & monitoring staff providing crisis services in the facility & community as well as maintaining safe staffing levels for the number of clients admitted to the facility. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS•Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Center, and ensure that services, and the facility are inconformity with all applicable licensing standards.•Recruit, Hire, and Train Bachelor Crisis Interns, Entry level Staff, and Supervisors. •Coordinate and monitor the admission, continued care, and discharge of clients within the Center.•Insure on a daily basis that clients on Critical Care receive the appropriate follow up services.•Coordinate follow up crisis appointments, and outpatient appointment or other appointment verification with emails and text communication to the crisis clinicians and supervisors. •PRTF Liaison: Tracking of PRTF admissions, wait list and discharges including participation in discharge planning and re-integration of youth to the community. •Assists the Director in monitoring qualitative and quantitative data and makes recommendations to promote efficiencies and effectiveness of services provided to children, youth and their families•In conjunction with the Director, develop and monitor expenses, revenue and budget.•Maintain agency quality improvement, corporate compliance, and documentation guidelines and services are performed consistent with establish clinical standards.
