Show less Responsibilities: Close monitoring of product development progress involving various manufacturing processes, through which I led the parts quality assurance efforts by coordinating technical communications between multiple vendors, the QA team and the customer. Also tasked with 3D designing of in-house checking jigs and drafted technical drawings for seats and their child parts.Key Achievements;• Handled over 60 tooling development projects, each of which was completed within the timeframeand able to meet testing requirements• Familiarized with various manufacturing processes such as 3D bending, metal pressing/stamping, injection moulding, die casting, PU foaming, parts welding, and seat trim sewing. • Created a total of 4 comprehensive Master Parts List exclusively for new models to facilitate better channelling of information between different departments. • Designed more than 20 checking jigs to verify assembly parts accuracy and facilitate error detection, improving parts checking efficiency by ~4900%. • Coordinated technical communication between multiple vendors and internal QA team, resulting in clear understanding of parts quality concerns and mutual agreements in doing parts improvement. • Acquired valuable experience in customer service, with a strong mindset to quickly adapt and respond effectively to client's inquiries and needs.• Consistently punctual in the preparation (direct & indirect) and submission of SPTT audit documents, attaining positive feedback from the client’s management team.• Prepared over 70 parts inspection sheets, with each aligning to customer-required checking points and suited to in-house QA measuring capability.
