  Chief Project Manager NSW & Victorian Property Industry Foundation Sydney.The PIF is the premier property/construction industry charitable foundation providing funding and technical assistance to organisations who assist "youth at risk." Board members and corporate donors include some of the most prominent individuals and organisations within the industry. I had been a passionate supporter and corporate donor to the Property Industry Foundation and the work it does too assist 'youth at risk'. I provided services to the Foundation on a voluntary basis for 12 months, as Chair of their Building Projects Review Committee reporting to the Board of AdvisorsAs the number and complexity of the projects increased, I put forward a proposal to be retained on a part time consultancy basis as the Chief Project Manager. Principle duties in this role included:Identifying project scope of works, management and delivery of building projects funded by the Foundation.I facilitated the assembly of project specific teams of consultants, contractors and suppliers who donated or discounted their services, labour and materials to individual building projects. My focus was developing awareness within the property industry and the general community of the Foundations building projects and providing recognition to supporters of those projects.I was responsible for a wide variety range of projects and sourced donations and discounts valued in excess of two hundred thousand dollars.
