Coordination, control and maintain operation staff from Jetty until CCR 41 peoples and 3 helpers. Deploy and divide each staff as their main job. This plant used coal as main fuel with middle rack coal calory and HSD as start up in boiler furnace. Electric produced sent with transmission grid 525kV (SUTET grid) to Java Bali interconnection grid and 150kV (SUTT grid) grid to Jepara District. Central Java Power company as asset owner, PLN as asset manager and Komipo Pembangkitan Jawa Bali as asset operator. Main equipment as Boiler Steam Generator supplied from Mitsubishi. Heavy Industry Japan and Steam Turbine and Generator from Toshiba Japan also.Since February 2013 my head office company PT Pembangkitan Jawa Bali dispatched to Jepara as Shift Leader full responsibility, maintain and conducted all staffs to achieve all operation target as Key Performance Index and ensure all equipments operate in normal condition. 11 personels staff distributed as 2 Operators for Unit Control, 2 Operators for Auxiliary Unit Control , 2 Operators for Turbine Local, 2 Operator for Boiler Local Operator, 1 operator for Fue Gas Dezulfurization, 1 Operator for Water Treatment Plant and 1 Operator Waste Water Treatmen Plant. During three years since joined at TJB34B this power plant could reached and exceed the target. Our target as KPI are Equivalent Availibity Factor ( EAF), Net Plant Heat Rate (NPHR), Equivalent Forced Outate Factor (EFOF), and Fuel Oil Consumption (HSD).After shift work made a report contain all activities during shift work, in morning and evening send message to General Manager, all Managers and relatied parties due to list member. in case of emergency communication directly to General Manager. Power Plant built by Wijaya Karya and first Commercial Operation Date on 2012. Asset owner by PT PLN (Persero), Asset Manager by PT PLN UIKL Sulawesi and Asset Operator by PT PJB. PJB has taken over this power plant since 2014. Contribution of this power plant to SULUT GO 150kV Transmission grid around 11.2%. Boiler type is Circulating Fluid Bed and use low rank coal calorie as main fuel and also bed material for heat transfered in furnace. This power plant is a part of 10000MW fast track project (FTP 1). As an O&M company, PJB Services has dedicated and fulfill with 168 employees consist of Operation Division, Maintenance Division, Human Resources, Procurement, Health Safety and Environment.
