I undertook research into new drugs concerning cerebral trauma and I focused on P2X7 receptors, using the ATP antagonists in order to verify a reduction in damage. I implemented and furthered skills acquired during my university career, preparing samples, buffers and reagents, maintaining the cleanliness of the laboratory and I also assisted with technical report writing on a weekly basis. I worked principally in the fields of Immunology and Pharmacology, gaining an extensive knowledge of cell culture and use of the Flex Station and Flow Cytometry. Show less
