      - Ensures policies, procedures, rules and regulations are followed through;- Assist in the hiring process by conducting onboarding and orientation sessions for new recruits, ensuresignature of hiring documents and sending scans, ensure needed logistics (laptop, email, phones…) bycoordinating with IT Department in Lebanon;- Follow up on Probationary Period Assessments with designated heads of departments;- Assist in ensuring signatures for termination documents; Conduct exit interviews when needed;- Follow up on all Social Security matters; Act as Social Security Representative;- Handle all communication from HRD in Lebanon to employees with no email access in Iraq (Policies,Memos, Holidays, Greetings, Condolences, etc.);- Prepare weekly attendance reports; communicate all types of leaves with HRD in Lebanon;- Oversee signature of pay slips and send scans to Lebanon.- Full management on payroll process.- Issue Car Rental excel sheet every month include all the information And the Wages.- Issue contracts for rental’s car.- Calculate bonuses and allowances.- Prepare employees' compensation by the end of each month using payroll software.- Schedule bank payments or hand out paychecks directly to employees.- Distribute payment statements and gather signed receipts (digital or paper)- Follow up the overtime for all daily wages and calculates them for employee.❖ Document Control- List out the documents and document the project details- Review completeness of documentation and make sure that copies of latest approved documents anddrawings are given to the appropriate staff.- Maintain updated records of all approved documents, as well as correspondence letters log amongcontractors, consultants- Ensure proper document classification, sorting, filing and proper archiving without any damage ordeterioration with easy traceability and archiving of electronic registers.- Provide full admin support to the team Show less
