  Technical Studies Pilot at STELLANTIS

  I was on assignement at stellantis through an umbrella company contract with alten. During my experience at Stellantis, I have had the opportunity to hold dual roles. As both a Technical Study Pilot and a PETA Activity Leader in Morocco, I have gained solid experience in the automotive sector. This position has allowed me to develop deep technical expertise, as well as project management and team coordination skills. My responsibilities include: • Manage the construction of 3D definitions and functional volumes for all projects. • Proposing technical solutions in collaboration with various disciplines (architects, styling team, assembly team, EE team...) to ensure their feasibility. • Technical analysis of suppliers feedback during the tender phase. • Technical validation and review of 3D parts with suppliers and development teams during all project phases. • Participation in RFQ file preparation and supplier choice. • Manage designers assigned to the domain. • Management of the project during the advanced phase. • Ensure the quality and deadline of deliverables submitted by suppliers and designers. • Convergence of interfaces, mountability, and ergonomics with suppliers and partner professions.• Ensure the formalization of parts in PLM and be proficient with design tools (CATIA, SOLIDWORKS...).
