  Working with ski rental meant lending out skis to the customers and doing cashier work. Working as a salesman, meant working for Team Sportia with cashier work, customer service and storage work. In the ski-workshop, I waxed skis, mounted ski-bindings and serviced our costumers skis.

  Customer Service for Viasat at Transcom. My work were mostly about supporting and informing Viasat customer with their invoices and helping the customers with their satellite equipment both via my computer and talking them through the installation and set up procedure. The work also included minor programming in a system called SMS. I had contact with the Enforcement Authority and payment companies during my work with invoices. During my work in the technical section, I kept contact with different installation companies telling them what had to be done and what equipment had to be set up for the customers. Show less

  Maintenance Superintendent

  During my time as a maintenance superintendent in the ski-workshop I was the one in charge for educating new personnel, purchase of tools, safety equipment and expendable equipment. I took care and did all the service needed on the robot (Montana Saphir II W PRO). I also mounted ski- and snowboard-bindings, waxed alpine and cross-country skis and did service on our customers skis. I made Kläppen an "Official Vasalopp Ski Center" because of my interest and knowledge in cross-country skiing.

  Snow production was all about producing snow with the right quality for Kläppen Ski Resort. The work included usage of fan guns and high pressure snow guns. It includes placement and replacement of the guns with use of both snowmobiles and snow groomers. The main duty were to connect the guns via high pressure hoses to our water and air system and adjust the water-to-air ratio to get the right snow quality.
