      During my time working at RPS I worked for Transport for NSW and Health Infrastructure. Seconded to Transport for NSW in early 2016 for just over two months I worked in the Freight and Regional Development Division, in the Freight Industry and Stakeholder Engagement team. My role included assisting Transport for NSW to liaise with industry stakeholders on projects, including organising workshops and briefings, monitoring communications and responding to enquiries. Stakeholders included groups within the transport and logistics sectors, as well as industry groups and peak bodies within the agricultural, mining and resources, bulk liquids and gas.From April 2016 to February 2017 I worked as the Communications and Events Coordinator in the Communications team at Health Infrastructure. As part of my role I provided ongoing support to the Communications and Engagement Manager taking a portfolio wide approach to communicate Health Infrastructure's projects. Some of my day to day roles included: - Supporting project based communications professionals, in developing and reviewing communications and engagement collateral- Supporting Ministerial and Local MP visits to project sites including the facilitation of approving Ministerial Event Briefs- Management of the Health Infrastructure corporate website (Squiz platform)- Managing project based websites (Kentico platform) and offering support to communications professionals- Managing Health Infrastructure’s social media sites (Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube) and sourcing project related content- Development of a Social Media Strategy Show less

      As part of my role at Aurecon I had the privilege to work with a variety of clients across a number of projects.I was seconded with Transport for NSW as a Community Engagement Officer in the Transport Access Program in 2018.The Transport Access Program (TAP) is an initiative to provide a better experience for public transport customers by delivering accessible, modern, secure and integrated transport infrastructure.Prior to this I worked with the Freight Industry Stakeholder Engagement team at Transport for NSW. To support the team, I travelled across Regional NSW collecting feedback from industry stakeholders on the Draft Freight and Ports Plan.I also completed a 7 month secondment with Transport for NSW at the end of 2017 in the Future Transport Communications and Stakeholder Engagement team. The Future Transport Communications team led engagement whilst the draft Future Transport strategy and plans were open for consultation (6-week period October – December 2017).As the Community Engagement Officer I was involved in the development, coordination and execution of pop up style engagement sessions in 33 locations in Metropolitan and Regional NSW. The pop up included the use of a customised caravan with iPads and digital displays encouraging individuals to ‘React to the Future’. I also acted as the lead consultant on the ground at many of the pop up sessions and have gained experience in dealing with a diverse range of community members and handling difficult conversations.
