      Worked in the rental division from 1991 through 1996 as a Branch Manager, and then a City Rental Manager, overseeing five rental locations. In 1996, I became HR Manager for the Greater Michigan Group, facilitating HR responsibilities for all branches in the state of Michigan, excepting Southeast area (which includes Detroit.) In early 1999, I was promoted to Group HR Manager for Southern California, overseeing Generalist responsibilities throughout the San Diego, Los Angeles and Central Coast Rental, Leasing, Truck Rental and Car Sales operations. In late 2002, I was promoted to Corporate HR Manager in St. Louis, and oversaw Generalist, Recruiting and Training operations for the West Coast, including Arizona, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, California and Hawaii.
