PMPROjEN provides an industrial project management, process design and full value added engineering support service that maximises the clients' investments nationwide. Procuring goods and services on behalf of a number of blue chip clients has enabled me to deliver specific projects on time and within budget. By working effectively with project managers it has enabled us as a function to deliver world class engineering facilities and manage complex technical engineering scenario’s efficiently, and so deliver lower long term engineering risks while ensuring the best possible engineered solutions for the clientWell experienced in Project engineering, management and procurement from inception to completion of multi-discipline EPC Projects across a number of industries. Delivering to very tight time scales, with tight budgets and high customer expectations.Key skills include, ITT and tender preparation, bid preparation and detailed analysis of bid with presentation to client and negotiation through to order processing. Pre-qualification of vendors, management of Procurement plans and excellent (SRM) supplier relationship manager.Working closely with our own and the clients engineers I have been able to demonstrate value adding bottom line savings to projects through contract negotiation and spares utilisation.
