  I worked on the Software as a Service (SaaS) team, contributing to the development of the company’s robotic process automation (RPA) platform. This platform integrates both batch and online processes, including web interfaces that enable user interaction during the runtime of automations, with the goal of reducing client response times.I developed automations for call center and back office processes by robotizing web systems using the IE WebBrowser and Selenium, and mainframes using the TN3270 emulator.I led the analysis and technical specification of processes for automation in collaboration with operational areas and partner companies.After completing the construction phase of the platform, I was responsible for its maintenance and management, providing support and continuous improvements to both internal and external users. During this period, I traveled to Mexico to conduct a feasibility study for the platform's internationalization and to initiate a pilot project in partnership with the Mexican branch of our main client.
