  Responsible for a broad range of multi-tasks focused on data collection and analysis to support various projects. Including the creation of data collection tools like forms and logs, revising datasheets, and ensuring that these tools align with project objectives. Monthly tasks involve processing and reviewing diverse data sets, such as case data from community justice actors, local leaders' dispute records, and town hall meeting data across eight counties. Additional responsibilities include the retrieval of radio data from the getnemo platform, along with the development of monitoring and evaluation tools specific to different project phases.Reporting and communication are also key aspects of my role. Periodic reports are provided to stakeholders, and findings from various surveys are shared as required. Assess the capacity of local partner organizations, record data related to awareness activities with Liberia’s security sectors, and handle Freedom Of Information (FOI) Law training data for Women’s Groups. Compliance with U.S. Narcotic Drug Enforcement Laws is ensured through reporting on the DevResult platform, as well as data is prepared for other donor-required Log Frames. Analyze data to aid the Rule of Law team in Atlanta for several reports and to meet donor requirements for these projects.Operational management is another crucial element of the job, covering all stages of data management from collection to interpretation. My job entails training staff/data collectors on effective data collection methods, both paper-based and digital. Data backup is performed on SharePoint, ensuring data integrity and availability. Adaptability is key, as I’m always prepared to adjust to evolving program needs and take on additional responsibilities as they arise. Show less
