  Ultimately responsible for managing and look after the whole refurbishment and alteration works of the school main campus to produce high international school premises together with obtaining school license. Including oversight of the hired designers and contractors to carry out the renovation works, reviewing submitted designs for cost control and quality control, ensuring timelines are followed in obtaining permits, approval letters and licenses, and acting as the representative of the school in the whole project. To maintain a service schedule for various assets (Mechanical Ventilation and Air Conditioning System, Elevator, Electric and Mechanical System, Plumbing and Drainage System, Data and Telephone System, Security System and etc.together with the procurement of school furniture, fixtures, devices) and ensure that preventative maintenance is carried out regularly in various parts of the campus.
