       Verified on a daily basis that all receipts, computerized or metered bills of lading, and lifting or loading tickets of liquid inventory were accurate of count. Reconciled on a daily basis all deliveries, loadings, liftings, transports, pump outs, and transfers made by all vehicles in use at the depot with the Wholesale Data Management System.  Reconciled on a daily basis all physical liquid inventory gauge readings and once a month, all physical inventory readings with the Wholesale Data Management System in accordance with all SOX controls.  Verified and reconciled on a monthly basis that all activity between the depot and its third party exchanges, position, and thru-put partners was accurate and complete.  Inputted on a daily basis all receipts, bills of lading, liftings and transports into the Wholesale Date Management System, all truck deliveries into the Accounts Receivable data base, and ensured their accuracy. Performed daily safety inspection of terminal and received Emergency Spill Response and Facility Security training through the Emergency Management Institute, a training organization of FEMA, in accordance with DEP, EPA, DOHS and Coast Guard regulations.  Maintained, compiled, and enforced all SOX controls and paperwork for Delivery Department in preparation for internal and state auditing Trained all third party wholesalers and employees in the use of various pieces of plant equipment including healing oil loading racks and IXfleet fueling system.
