  In an international non-governmental organization providing contraception and safe abortion services in 37 countries around the world, I progressed through several roles (Coordinator, Project Officer) adding international leadership responsibilities. NEW FUNCTION DEVELOPMENT: ▻ I leveraged relationships with country offices to oversee software rollouts on location in Niger.▻ I established the Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Department in the Niger country program. ▻ I hired, coached, and trained 2 M&E officers and supervised the department to deliver training and data-based collection tools. OPERATIONS & MULTI-STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT: ▻ I was a focal point for HQ, field staff, and funding agencies. I also oversaw the implementation of 6 donor projects valued at several million dollars.PROJECT LEADERSHIP: ▻ I oversaw the transition to Android phones for field support that impacted 4 mobile clinics and 2 clinics in urban zones, with 50 staff serving 100,000+ clients annually. TEAM MANAGEMENT & DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION: ▻ I managed third-party providers (Viamo and others) for Android training. I steered the digital transformation to implement CLIC software to replace a paper-based tool collection system. In close partnership with the Head of the team, I managed a multimillion-dollar Client Information Centre grant to fund internally developed software CLIC used to register patients across all country clinics in a confidential manner. ▻ I conducted business and data analysis to support country teams (French and English-language operations). ▻ I assisted the team leader with staffing, software roll-out, and reporting for the Executive Team. ▻ I configured CLIC system for teams in Zambia, Timor Leste, and Uganda. ▻ I monitored data quality performance and trained country teams on data quality tools. Show less I leveraged London School of Economics specialization in technologies for public health to support the Ethics Committee of the NGO providing mobile clinics and promoting access to healthcare in developing countries, the only NGO in the UK with an internal Ethics Review Board. ▻ I provided staffing and budget management, workshop organization, business analysis, and e-learning. ▻ I developed and rolled out an e-learning module on ethics to the whole organization, including the headquarters in London and offices in 37 countries, impacting 9,000 team members.   Following a promotion, I led implementation teams and designed business scaling strategy to support change management and organizational growth for a platform-based company with 4 regional hubs: Francophone Africa and the Middle East, Anglophone West Africa, East & Southern Africa, and Asia. I developed workforce management and forecasting tools, streamlined operations, and created company-wide training programs. I led a team of 14 Project Managers and 2 Deputy Managers. BUSINESS SCALING & PEOPLE STRATEGY: ▻ I oversaw a peak growth period from 5 project managers in 2019 to 20+ managers in 1.5 years across all the Francophone offices and the Middle East/North Africa (MENA) region responsible for 100+ digital solution projects across 25+ countries. ▻ I steered the entire recruitment strategy and process to hire 5 project managers for each of the 4 hubs. ▻ I introduced new hires to critical projects, created training materials, and led on-the-job training. ▻ I created a career development toolkit that received overwhelmingly positive feedback and increased the team’s motivation. ▻ I shaped new roles: Deputy Project Manager, Executive Project Manager, and Product Specialist. I was invited by the Regional Manager to oversee the most complex projects in a multimillion-dollar portfolio of non-profit clients in healthcare, financial, literacy, and education sectors. I established project plans and schedules to implement communication systems for NGOs to interact directly with the communities.▻ I designed, tested, and executed digital engagement projects, mobile surveys, and behavior change campaigns using Interactive Voice Response technology and hotlines for clients in DRC, Madagascar, Niger, Burkina Faso, Chad, Cameroon, and Mali.▻ I analyzed extensive data sets, digital solution adoption rates, and user experience.▻ I provided strategic direction and project design, management, and execution.
