  • Contributed to the achievement of commercial production at Ambatovy — the largest finished nickel and finished cobalt operation from lateritic ore in the world, with an annual design capacity of 60,000 tonnes of nickel and 5,600 tonnes of cobalt, and an estimated mine life of 29 years;• Provide leadership to technical resources assigned directly to Utilities Plant Areas (Water Treatment, Air Separation, Hydrogen, Hydrogen Sulphide, Sulphuric Acid, Lime & Limestone, Power Plant);• Coordinate the supply of technical or engineering resources from either central Technical Services or outside vendors;• Identify, initiate, and implement process improvements that will contribute to the safe operation, cost effectiveness, stability, process robustness and reliability of Utilities Operations.• Manage, coach and mentor a team of 12 International and Malagasy National engineers and admin staff.
