  I was responsible for over 400 personal trainers and a management support infrastructure consisting of 7 regional managers and 35 on site Team Leaders across 32 gyms. As regional manager I was responsible for over 100 personal trainers and a management support infrastructure consisting of 11 personal training managers across 10 sites, all while maintaining my own personal training business. As the operations and senior PT Manager I managed the operations of the 4000-member flagship club. I was also in charge of the recruitment and development of a strong team of 34 trainers, at the time it was considered the largest and most prestigious personal training teams in any commercial gym outside of London. Achieving 16-18% PT penetration rates, believed to be one of the highest in the industry within a commercial gym Responsible for recruitment and mentoring a team of trainers as well as delivering team trainings.
