Built full dynamic Master Valuation Model from scratch which calculates NPV, IRR and Payback Period for the mining areas using appropriate valuation methods and financial modeling techniques. And eventually the model derives Enterprise Value and Equity Value for the company as a whole (presenting dynamic charts & graphs). Performed Sensitivity Analysis for each investment and calculated financing needs based on projected cash flow. a) The Chovdar Integrated Project (the Integrated Project) consists of: Chovdar gold deposit (located in the Dashkasan Region) and its Satellite deposits namely Tulallar, Agyoxush (1, 2, 3) and Mereh Expected Revenue: ~ $800 mln. Stage: Feasibility / Production. b) FILIZCHAY – 2nd biggest polymetallic deposits in Europe. Expected Revenue: ~5 billion USD 2 CONSOLIDATED MANAGEMENT DASHBOARD. Built full dynamic management report from scratch covering all major activities (production, drilling, export & sales etc.) and functions (finance, HSE etc) of the organization.
