  Scope of Work as Consultant Project Manager- Evaluate the progamme of construction works- Coordinate with Architect, C&S and M&E Engineers in supervision of project- Develop project schedule showing major milestones- Manage the Contractor on the construction of the project- Conduct quality check with Architect, C&S Engineers and M&E Engineers- Verify contractor progress payment and EOT application.- Coordinate services laying, services connection and subsidiary contracts for timely delivery- Assist in investigating and liaising with public and the relevant authorities for public feedback- Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformance relating to product and process- Identify and solve site problem- Establish the risk management, time management, cost planning and management system for construction activities- Monitor performance of environmental control measures, site safety measures and housekeeping on siteScope of Work as Design & Project Architect- Conduct construction impact study to evaluate the actual site condition and assess how the design and construction will affect the residents- Prepare conceptual designs to interpret and fulfil the design brief provided by client- Develop the conceptual design to a stage sufficient to enable submission for planning approval- Coordinate & submit drawings to relevant authorities to obtain written planning permission- Prepare plans and submit to client for purpose of pricing and printing of sales brochure- Prepare detailed design drawings to comply with various authorities requirements- Prepare working drawings and specifications required for the purpose of inviting tenders- Supervise and resolve site issue during construction stages- Submit drawings and documents for client's reviews, attend meetings and prepare presentation when required by client- Monitor construction quality and compliance to ensure smooth delivery during TOP and CSC stages Show less
