I introduced features such as an AI contract assistant, Q&A chatbots, and a low-code AI builder, enabling customers to extract data, automate HR and legal workflows, and accelerate decision-making.Beyond new features, I oversee the platform’s UX and UI redesign, ensuring a seamless experience for both technical and non-technical users. Show less In team BPM (Business process management) I provided consulting for application Team Assistant. Usual delivery project started with analytical part where I analysed with client their needs from worfklow and proposed full picture of process based on best practice and clients requirements. Project continued with implementation that I was responsible for, from setting-up worfklow in BPM modelling tool and writing necessary script in Javascript, HTML and CSS. I created interface with 3rd party systems via API or database views. Once the process was tested and handed over to client I supported the transition period and potential changes.
