Handle all technical support calls from customers, architects, engineers or contractors. Work with the GFY sales force and distribution network to assist with proper product selection and reviewing of plans, drawings and submittals to ensure that GFY meets the requirements and has the proper numbers in each job. Provide field support for jobs nationwide when deemed necessary. Work on product development and with vendors on third party product offerings. Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports.
