Full Inventory Reconciliations for month end, Inventory & Order movement analysis, Order fulfillment, Product Sales & Revenue analysis and reporting as well as Cost of Sales calculations and Margin analysis. Inventory Material Master data maintenance, worked with Country Managers on a monthly basis to drive Inventory Reduction initiatives. Warehouse storage planning and space allocations. Full Physical Inventory and Fixed Asset Counts.Achievements: Became a specialist in Product Mixing (Chemicals & Fluids) which caused major problems at month end and Cost of Sales spikes, Implemented a template to accrue for Product Freight Costs more accurately resolving poor Product Margins and driving better month end results with more accurate reporting. Reporting to the Operations Support Director, taking ownership of Inventory levels in excess of 23M for the region leading a team of 7 Supply Chain employees stationed across different 5 countries. Key responsibilities included overseeing the entire supply chain process focusing on inventory specifically by ensuring accurate processing of Inventory movements on SAP from Sourcing & Procurement to Customer and Inter-Company Deliveries. With in-depth involvement in Demand Planning, Order Management and Logistics other key areas of focus were driving “Inventory Reduction” initiatives and Reduction of Slow and Obsolete Stock to the value of $11M. as well as Warehousing and Storage projects. I carry advanced SAP skills in Material Management with thorough understanding of the mechanics of the flow of goods, both physical and on system. Key duties included:Material Movements, Demand Planning, Inventory Month end Reporting – Inventory Variance and Trend analysis, Graphs and other management reports, Inventory Counts, – Performed Full physical stock counts using SAP for variance reports on 19 plants across Africa with a Big focus on adhering to statutory compliance requirements.Achievements: Demobilized $14M of Oilwell Inventory and Assets out of PetroSA’s Mossel Bay Base in a period of 2 months to different countries. This was done with a Reduced work force & immense pressure from PetroSA who had ambitious deadlines due to the downturn in the oil industry. This was done with no Trade Compliance and Logistics findings and SAP Inventory issues. I was also the first to achieve a full & completed Inventory Audit for BHI South Africa performed by Deloitte & Touche.
