May 2009 - Sept 2012Spa ReceptionistThe most beautiful period of my professional experience was the one spent in this Greek resort.It was not only a multilingual experience, but also the first full-time job for real, that trained me and made me the professional in tourism I am today.As a spa receptionist I was in charge with the reservations of the therapies, the promotion of the therapies among the clients, the billing and closing procedures.I was also the trainer for the new receptionists in Atlantis and Epitome reservation systems and also for the organizational procedures.I was the one that designed the graphic materials used for promoting the spa center, planned and organized events and also helped the therapist prepare for their procedures.The biggest accomplishment regarding this job was the recognition of my work. Periodically, I ensured the national logistic of the Kaufland newspaper from the printing house to the client's mailbox.I planned and took care of the whole process for distributing external leaflets along with the weekly Kaufland newspaper, and also support their checking in the field.I was responsible for the distributors payroll documents, for the preparation and managing the logistic contracts for our transport suppliers, both local and national.I planned and implemented the whole necessary actions in order to expand one requested distribution area.When necessary I also trained the new colleagues in the department and other HR duties like scheduling and being part in some interviews for the local team leaders.Beside this tasks, I was in charge for all the administrative duties, meetings planning and presentations creating for my manager, and also I was the creative part involved in the new projects. কম দেখুন
