      manage to the mrp recovery project plan(rpp) including server/application restore priorities, server/host dependencies and recovery time objectives (rtos).* focus on successful outcome of all test objectives that sungard as agreed and committed to deliver.* proper management of the escalation process, responsiveness to issues, engaging the respective resources through to resolution. * review test/recovery history-confirm that planning milestones pertaining to the review of event history have been achieved. this includes past defects, procedure updates that include prior issue resolutions, procedure modifications, additions and related recommendations.* lead the pre-test planning activities for all testing, working with the mrp team, the customer, our partners and/or local technical resources to document all required customer-specific setup configurations.* confirm that we have validatedall customer data prior to the event - disaster recovery kits (required software media), that has been either delivered or to be made accessible at time of recovery..* confirm that all completed planning documents have been confirmed by our customers including network diagrams/topology, server configurations and peripheral devices.* verify that quality assurance milestones have been completed related to the setup of the customers' environment in preparation of a recovery event.* see that root-cause analysis (rca) is initiated and completed post-event as required, in conjunction with our continuous improvement (ci)team. show less
