      Manage a technical help desk for the Defense Information Systems Agency for the Department of Defense in support of a $4.6 billion contract for Lockheed Martin. Migrated the Help Desk from the Defense Supply Center Columbus, OH(DSCC) to Scott AFB, IL within 90 days of the launch of the new project. The relocation of this operation has netted the DOD DISA a savings of over $150K per year since the beginning of the GIG Service Management - Operations(GSM-O) contract. In addition to the relocation of support, the help desk has assumed additional mission capability and now handled 300% of the call volume that the original help desk handled. All managers are Help Desk Institute(HDI) certified. I current possess a Top Secret clearance. Show less
